Volkswagen arrived in the Middle East and Levant over half a century ago with the delivery of its first car - the much-loved and iconic Beetle.

Since then, thanks to a responsible, innovative and valuable brand promise, our brand has grown exponentially, allowing us to offer Volkswagen enthusiasts in the region a range of products from Europe’s largest car manufacturer – all promising unrivalled German-engineering, innovative design and affordability.

In 2005, Volkswagen confirmed its commitment to customers and retail partners in the Middle East by establishing a regional office in Dubai, overseeing 11 markets and enabling the brand to introduce a wider variety of Volkswagen models to the market.

Following the opening of its headquarters, Volkswagen Middle East has introduced several initiatives to enhance the brand’s position in the region and to ensure the people of the Middle East remain as passionate about our cars and Service Excellence as we are.

These initiatives include the creation of a 10,000 square meter, state-of-the-art Middle East Parts Centre which has enabled shorter lead times for Volkswagen Genuine Parts and accessories, and the development of a Regional Service Competence and Training Center to provide international training for personnel – ensuring our factory-trained techs know your Volkswagen inside out.

They also include the incorporation of business initiatives that meet our long-term commitment - to deliver the highest levels of customer service in sales and after-sales for customers in the region, guaranteeing Volkswagen Service Excellence is delivered to each and every customer.


Moving forward, Volkswagen Middle East continues to invest heavily in the expansion of its retail network with new world-class showrooms and service centres opening across the entire region, ensuring Volkswagen enthusiasts have access to more customer touch points than ever before.
