In warranty cases, our decisions will be in the interests of our customers. However, due to the current situation, certain service partners may be closed temporarily or have restricted opening hours. If your regular service partner is not available, you can contact us with your issue. Simply write an email to customer.care@avme.aeAs long as the necessary service was not delayed due to negligence, the warranty will remain valid until the service work has been carried out.

Is your vehicle displaying a warning light? In this case, please consult the information in the manual. However if you are concerned about the safety of your vehicle, please contact us immediately at customer.care@avme.ae.

In case your Volkswagen manufacturer warranty expires between the 1st March 2020 and the 31 May 2020, Volkswagen will extend your manufacturer warranty period with 3 additional months. This unique offer is being made by Volkswagen, free of charge due to the Covid-19 situation. Note: The above extension does not apply to Extended Warranty offered by external partners.
